This place has a fantastic location right next to the bus station and a lovely café downstairs, and the staff were friendly during our one-night stay.

The location was stunning and excellent - short walk to the train station and city center, public transport, and many destinations by train after a couple of minutes´walk. Street food restaurant Sparky's Grill was located 15 minutes walk away.

Round-the-clock assistance: The staff at the reception were always there to help, just like having a personal assistant! Delicious breakfast: The breakfast spread was so good, it felt like I was dining at a 5-star restaurant. Spacious and comfortable rooms: The rooms were like a cozy oasis, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. Amazing city view: Waking up to the breathtaking city view from my room was like having a private art exhibition every morning.

The rooms at La Ciconella are super comfortable and modern, with a private bathroom and even free toiletries. They have a flat-screen TV, which is perfect for chilling out after a busy day exploring Palermo. The air conditioning keeps the room nice and cool, and the desk is great for getting some work done. And let's not forget the city view from the balcony, it's absolutely breathtaking!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the soundproofing in the double room. But hey, that's just my opinion, some people might still enjoy it.
